First off, I was born and still live on the west coast of Norway, just outside the city of Bergen. The city is known for the 'Gateway to the Fjords' and is one of Norways most attractive places. How lucky I am :). I work as an advisor for "Statens Vegvesen" or the Norwegian Public Roads Administration with lots of exciting tasks and very nice colleagues.
When it comes to interests it would be weird not to mention the time and energy I've devoted for music composing. As you will find on my music page, there's a lot of downloadable music files I've made from the early 90's until today. From I was 12 years old I started to take piano lessons at Lyderhorn (video zoom) skole. My father who's a drummer wanted me to learn something else then drums and I'm glad I kept my interest in his suggestion for piano.
Here's me playing piano with my friend: video1, video2, video3.
About my music style, I personally think I do a variety of music genres like film scores, synthpop, ambient, techno, trance and folk. But I've been told that all my music got something original and typical which makes it easy to hear its made by me. Perhaps some of the reason for this is that I often tend to do it extremely melodical and romantic. For instance, if I make a synth tune, I'll bet you won't miss the orchestral arrangement and piano : "Heavenly touch - 2006".

For everything I do, whether it's making music or anything else, I want to thank and credit the Lord Jesus. I believe that he truly exists and have a tremendous mercy on us. Even though I can't see him with my physical eyes I often sense his glorious and comforting precense. Too many people think that Christianity will put an end to everything worth living for. But in fact, a life with Jesus is a life in true freedom.
It's so easy to let Jesus into your life: "If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved (Romans 10:9-10)." It's God's grace that allows you to come to Him - not your efforts to "clean up your life" or work your way to Heaven. You can't earn it. It's a free gift; For you to come to God, your sin must be paid for. God's gift to you is His son, Jesus, who paid the debt for you. "For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16)."
I believe that there's also a damnation for the ones who reject the invitation from Jesus. Listen to Bill Wiese's testimony on this mp3 file (link to spiritlessons.com) : Bill Wiese.mp3. Print |
